You will be asked for your Passcode every time you call.
Follow the prompt for the package you purchased. [ex. Football (1), Baseball (2), Basketball (3)]
You are allowed (7) calls for every updated message. It also must be from the same phone number. If you receive a message that says “You have listened to this updated message more than 7 times or you have called from more than one phone number," then you know the message has not been updated so try back.
By allowing calls from only one phone number per update, we assure there are not multiple users for one account OR someone hasn’t hacked into your account.
You will be notified at the end of each message when the next call-in time will be. A normal user, calling at the correct times, will never be denied service.
Here is how it works... We make daily updated messages on the phone system. When you call from a particular phone number and punch in your passcode, the system recognizes the phone number you called from with your account. You can call up to 7 times from that number. When we make a new update, the system "resets" that particular phone number which allows you to call from another phone if needed. The process of the system identifying the phone line with the account starts over again. Look at it this way -- you can only be at one place at one time.

Saturday and Sunday mornings can be a bit busy during football season. If you purchase a Premium Package during that time, you may be emailed the Selections for that particular day depending on when the transaction went through. Our first priority is for you to not miss any games while we are setting up your account.. You will still be sent an email with passcode and instructions as soon as possible.
Every now and then when calling in the phone system, it may ring for an extended period of time and you may not receive any message or a "Hold now while the caller your are trying to reach is located." This simply means we are currently updating the message.
